Teaser Trailer

Synching sound and picture is happening as we speak but that won't impede the progress of the trailer which should be done by the end of this week. I'm having a meeting with Randy, the composer, and Brandon, once the Producer, now the editor this week as well to begin talking about the process. I've already gotten about 16 demos from Randy that I'm fond of and now he actually will have some footage to tailor them to.

Our first deadline is Sundance in September and we hope we'll have a fine cut (not soundmixed or color corrected) to send them but that's a lot of work and not much time to do it in.

Also, look for this fall's Haverford Alumni magazine (if you're a Haverford alum that is), I just finished an ode to an esteemed former professor and how he influenced Fifth Form.

That's the quick word. We have some idea what will still need to be shot but I am astonished at how good-looking this project of ours is. And I can't believe it's been only a week since we finished. One day of let down and then right back to work. That's the best way to go.
